ABOUT ABOUT

ABOUT: Open office plans, brainstorming sessions, presentations to stakeholders. The modern day work environment is made for extroverts. Studies show that louder people are perceived as smarter, more likable, and better leaders. So how does a creative introvert get her subdued voice heard amongst the outgoing loudmouths without having to become one herself? And how can extroverts show support and help their introvert counterparts succeed? Learn about how introverts can embrace their superpowers and flourish in their careers. Topics covered include “the best office hiding spaces,” “ways to avoid any phone call,” and “not vomiting before company-wide meetings.”

This is the second event in the South Jersey Creatives, an event series by Nicola Black Design, LLC. Big thank you to our venue sponsor, Kings Hall.
